Who doesn't love pineapples. On this doily design I was playing around with a variation of the pineapple. Always looking and playing with new ways to make things pop. The doilie's name is special also as it was named for a friend who has been fighting cancer. Her cheerful outlook and quiet courage I found beautiful, and I tried to make this doily as beautiful as she is.
The doily is done in size 10 thread, and measures 21 inches across. I did the doily in a solid and a variegated color.
